LEADER GN50 Universal Aluminium Scaffolding System

LEADER GN50 Universal Aluminium Scaffolding system that has complied the GS Safety Certicate is a latest patented invention that caters to most scaffolding applications. With its versatile multi-directional structure design, the system can be used on any complicated or irregular construction geometry; problems experienced in building construction previously can now be easily resolved.

The system eliminates all screw couplers. Construction is simple, assembling and disassembling can be carried out safely and speedily with little effort and ancillaries are not easy to get lost.

The system’s loading capacity is stable and reliable and it can be used on many applications safely and economically. Besides, it is designed to be used in conjunction with LEADER’S Aluminium Prop & Formwork System. It can also be set up and extended vertically and/or left and right indefinitely; it can conveniently be used on scaffolding with multiple working platforms, façade scaffolding, stages, supporting and cantilever towers etc.

LIGHT WEIGHT ENABLES HIGH EFFICIENCY

The Scaffold System is assembling by Light-Weight & High Quality Aluminium braces and standards. Assembling of the Scaffold doesn’t need to use screws or bolts and nuts, erection is 5 times quicker than conventional screw type scaffolding. Only one iron hammer is needed for Scaffold erection

MULTI APPLICATIONS

According to the requirements of various projects, the system can be set up in various shapes, different dimensions and load capacity. From single and double mobile working platform to single or double row scaffolding, propping rack, stage platform, viewing platform, material raising tower, cantilever working platform, material deck, light tower etc.

LOAD CAPACITY EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT

Connection of horizontal members (ledgers and transom) and vertical members (standards) is by ring shape connector; center lines of tube members meet at the same axis;
Load bearing point is onto the steel connector but not on the tube directly, which is within the same plane of scaffolding frame; high quality steel connector, which has the strong characteristics of bending, shearing and torsion resistance, yields loading capacity exceptionally great. Better reliability and stability.

STRUCTURE SAFE & RELIABLE

Patented design connector has self-locking capability, ensuring that standards, ledgers, transoms, and cross braces are connected securely. Loading of ledgers and transoms are transferred to standards via connection points. Multi-directional connector possesses high resistance to shearing, bending, and torsion. Even the connector has not been properly locked, joining pin of horizontal members can hardly be damaged to loosen out, enabling usage is always save and reliable.

NO WELDING COMPONENTS

No welding components are of robust, light-weight, and high quality aluminium alloy tube and very stiff steel components; it can be used with vertical ladder, inclined ladder, or stairway ladder. Assembling and dismantling are simple and cost effective.

COMPONENTS NOT EASILY MISPLACE

No small loose parts or fixtures, possibility of getting lost is kept at minimum.

LOW REPAIRING FREQUENCY

Electro-plated steel connectors are robust and light and can sustain rusting wear and reckless usage. No special maintenance or repairing is anticipated.

EASY TRANSPORTATION & STORAGE

The longest structural member is only about 3m in length. Apart from platform panel, the heaviest structural component is weighted averagely 2~5 kg. Easy to convey and transport. Cost at labour is very low.
